Coaching Contract
Thank you for committing to the coaching process! You've taken the first step to reach your goals by making specific changes in your behavior each week. There are three different coaching programs for you to select from:
One month coaching program
- establish your wellness vision, or what you ultimately want your health, wellness, and fitness to look and feel like
- set specific target goals to achieve in one month
- complete an initial assessment to identify your priorities and obstacles
- participate in a one-hour initial coaching session
- participate in three more 30 minute coaching sessions, scheduled once each week, to set goals and evaluate your progress
Benefits: A one-month coaching program lets you "dip your toes into the coaching waters", experience the coaching process first-hand, and reach a specific goal.
Three month coaching program
- establish your wellness vision, or what you ultimately want your health, wellness, and fitness to look and feel like
- set specific target goals to achieve in one month
- complete an initial assessment to identify your priorities and obstacles
- participate in a one-hour initial coaching session
- participate in weekly 30-minute coaching sessions, scheduled once each week, over a 3-month time period
Benefits: A three-month coaching program not only gets you started making changes, but you'll also be able to achieve significant progress toward your long-term goals during this time-frame. It often takes six months to truly establish new habits, and my 3-month program gets you started.
Design your own coaching program
- establish your wellness vision, or what you ultimately want your health, wellness, and fitness to look and feel like
- set specific target goals to achieve in one month
- complete an initial assessment to identify your priorities and obstacles
- participate in a one-hour initial coaching session
- decide on the optimum frequency of 30-minute coaching sessions that best fits your needs and lifestyle, usually weekly or every two weeks
- include email coaching for a mid-week motivation boost as needed
Benefits: This is an open-ended coaching program, led entirely by your needs. You decide how often we talk, and for what time period. Once you meet your goals, we can continue with periodic coaching sessions to make sure you stay on track without backsliding.
