Resting Metabolic Rate Testing

Metabolism is the biomechanical process of combining nutrients from the foods we eat with oxygen to produce the energy our body needs to function. I use the BodyGem system to measure your resting metabolic rate, the number of calories your body burns each day to maintain normal functions (heart rate, brain function, breathing). With a simple breath test of no more than 10 minutes, you’ll know exactly how many calories you need each day for optimal health, wellness, and weight control.
