organization in the world. All personal
training sessions are conducted in the privacy and convenience of your home.

Resting Metabolic Rate
Testing
Metabolism is the biomechanical
process of combining nutrients from the foods we eat with oxygen
to produce the energy our body needs to function. I use the BodyGem
system to measure your resting metabolic rate, the number of calories
your body burns each day to maintain normal functions (heart rate,
brain function, breathing). With a simple breath test of no more
than 10 minutes, you’ll know exactly how many calories you
need each day for optimal health, wellness, and weight control. |
